What Is Engrade?
Engrade is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) and assessment solution that was acquired by McGraw-Hill Education in 2014. Tailored for K-12 school districts, it integrates a digital gradebook, curriculum management, and performance analytics into one cohesive platform. The system features four primary modules: Corebook, Teach, Improve, and Assessments, facilitating connections between teachers, students, parents, and administrators. This allows educators to monitor student progress, formulate assessments aligned with educational standards, and maintain open communication with parents.
The platform includes tools for curriculum planning, tracking performance, and analyzing data to identify learning gaps, enabling personalized instruction for each student's needs.
Note: Engrade was discontinued in June 2019. Its functionalities are now part of McGraw-Hill's extensive K-12 digital ecosystem.
